Ndoye was born in Senegal, West Africa, where he graduated in 1984 from
the Fine Art School of Dakar, developing his God-given natural
talents. After spending ten years in Europe, particularly in Paris
where he participated in several exhibitions, he decided in 1997 to move
to the United States. Ibou arrived in New York City, where he
became acquainted with several artists, including master of portraits
John Howard Sanden. Ibou also worked with Oldrich Teply at the
world-famous Art Student League School. In 1998, he moved to
Cincinnati, Ohio, where he became a member of the Art Consortium of
Cincinnati, featuring artists from the entire Ohio Tristate region, and Art for City Walls. He also won best of show in the
Art Consortium's 21st Annual Fine Art Competitive. Ibou continues to exhibit his work in the
Greater Cincinnati area, and throughout the country.
